Co-working studios
Our co-working studios are made for flexibility; shared, open spaces where you can drop in, settle down, and get to work, for an hour, half a day, or longer. No fixed desk, no long-term commitment. Just bring your laptop and choose a spot that fits your rhythm.
With around 15 flexible workstations, the studios offer a calm but lively atmosphere; enough background energy to stay motivated, plenty of space to focus. It’s ideal if working from home feels too distracting, if you’re passing through Olhão, or if you simply work best in a shared environment with other creatives and professionals around you.
You can work with a day pass, choose a 20- or 40-hour pass, or opt for a monthly membership if you want more regular access. Come and go whenever it suits you. Work quietly, take a break, grab a coffee, then jump back in. Easy to enter, easy to leave, work without complications.

Private offices
We offer private offices for those moments when you need a little more space, privacy, and continuity. Whether you don’t have a permanent office, work remotely, or simply need a professional place to meet clients or collaborate with colleagues, these offices are designed to support the way you work.
Our private offices comfortably accommodate one to four people and can be rented from one to five working days a week. They’re ideal for focused solo work, small teams, client meetings, or those days when working from home just doesn’t cut it. Step into a quiet, comfortable room where you can concentrate, think clearly, and get things done, without distractions.
You’ll still enjoy the atmosphere that makes A Fábrica feel like home: good coffee within reach, a calm and welcoming environment, and the freedom to work at your own pace. Close the door when you need privacy, open it when you’re ready to connect.

At A Fábrica, the reception and relax space are there for breaks between work sessions, informal meetings, or simply a pause in your day. Sit back on the couch, check your messages, and have a drink or chat.
The atmosphere is calm and unforced. You can wait, close your eyes, roll your shoulders, or chat without feeling rushed. It’s a shared space that feels easy to use, before a meeting, after a workshop, or in between tasks.
When you want a change of scenery, step outside. Take a short walk through the streets of Olhão, get some fresh air, clear your head, and then come back in to continue working. Or stay close and sit out on our patio, a quiet outdoor spot right in the middle of the city.
